Our company is looking for a full-time Cleaning Tech to join our team and earn while you learn! The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude with a great work ethic. You must be able to bend and stretch comfortably and lift 50-pounds without assistance. You will be responsible for providing top-notch residential and commercial cleaning services oriented around cleaning tile, grout, and stone using our commercial grade equipment and proprietary cleaners/sealers.
As a Cleaning Tech, we will teach you a trade that will enable you to make a great income. What is most important is that you are dependable, responsible, have a strong work ethic and a current Oregon Drivers License (no exceptions). Our team of techs take extra pride in providing professional services and creating a positive customer experience for each of our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning Services: Perform thorough cleaning of tile, grout, and stone using our commercial grade equipment and proprietary cleaners/sealers.
2. Attention to Detail: Ensure all tasks are completed with precision and attention to detail.
3. Independence: After your apprenticeship you will work independently to manage your schedule efficiently.
4. Customer Service: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
5. Equipment and Supplies: Safely handle and use cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
6. Drive one of our company vans and visit customer homes to deep clean kitchen counters, kitchen floors, bathroom floors and showers with a specific focus on tile, stone and grout.
