Some people clock in. You show up with purpose.
You're not just “helping out”—you’re an essential part of making unforgettable events happen. You get things done, you move fast, and you take pride in the final result. Whether it’s stacking chairs perfectly, hauling gear, or double-checking the checklist, you’re the kind of person who likes it done right.
This is a physical, hands-on role with real variety. Some days you're setting up for a wedding on a mountain; other days you're organizing inventory or hauling pipe and drape into a ballroom. You’re out in the field, in the warehouse, or anywhere in between.
It's go time in the summer—long days, quick turnarounds, and real hustle. Winter slows down, but that's when the pros reset, prep, and perfect everything for the season ahead.
This isn’t a job for someone who wants to coast. This is a job for someone who’s ready to be part of something awesome.

We believe in showing up with bold confidence and backing it up with excellent work. When you wear our logo, you’re representing something real—and something that matters.
Your Role
You’re the boots on the ground—and a key part of executing each event with precision and independence. This isn’t a task-by-task labor role. You’re trusted to manage your time, make on-the-spot decisions, and ensure every setup meets our standards.
You’ll support the Event Operations Lead and senior crew while learning the ins and outs of the rental world—gaining the skills and experience to take on bigger challenges down the line.
This is a salaried role with year-round stability, not a seasonal hustle. You’ll work hard during the summer rush and use the slower months to sharpen your skills, organize systems, and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Loading and unloading event equipment: tables, chairs, lighting, staging—you name it
Setting up tents, canopies, and event furniture on-site
Following pull lists and helping prep gear for events
Keeping the warehouse clean, stocked, and organized
Working under senior crew members to make sure every setup is tight
Communicating with the team to stay on schedule and solve problems on the fly
Maintaining product—cleaning, inspecting, and storing everything right
Pitching in wherever needed, because that’s how great teams work
You’re the Right Person if You:
Want to be part of a crew that works hard and has each other’s backs
Are reliable, coachable, and take direction well
Don’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do—you see what needs doing
Are physically strong, mentally focused, and not afraid of early mornings
Take pride in what you do, and it shows
Care about improving—whether it’s learning new skills, stepping up when needed, or growing into bigger roles
See this not just as a job, but as a chance to build something—personally and professionally
You Have:
A valid driver’s license (or the ability to get one soon)
The ability to lift and move 50+ lbs without breaking a sweat (Okay. Maybe a little sweating is okay)
The willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
A strong eye for detail—even when things are moving fast
A desire to work hard and learn the ins and outs of the event rental world
A GREAT attitude, a great work ethic, and good shoes (We will help provide!)
Technologies We Use:
Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar. You don’t need to be a wizard, but you should know your way around a shared doc.
What’s Next?
This is a great starting point if you want to grow in the event world. We train from within, promote from within, and recognize effort. If you’re the kind of person who shows up early, gets stuff done, and makes things easier for the team—you’ll go far here.
We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. But we do expect you to bring ambition, curiosity, and a desire to grow—because we’re not just building events; we’re building people, too.
This is a salaried role, not an hourly one. That means you won’t be clocking in and out—but you will be trusted to manage your time, your workflow, and your responsibilities like a pro. We respect our team’s time, and we expect the same in return.
If you want to work hard, level up your skills, and become someone others can count on—you’ll fit right in.
