SUMMARY
Provide supervision, planning, directing, and coordinating skills in the construction of residential landscaping; includes patios, walls, plantings, water features, irrigation and low voltage lighting along with several others. You will be responsible for supervising up to 12 employees at a time, planning, and assigning work for designated areas to crew members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Plan, schedule, assign, and supervise the duties associated with landscape construction including site and crew management
-Ability to read plans labeled with scaled measurements and elevations
-Operation of a skid steer, saw(s), edging machines, compactors, MTs, mini-excavators, and other pertinent machinery
-Ability to assist in the management of client needs
-Proficient in irrigation basics
EXPERIENCE
Two years of experience in landscape construction is required. Prior experience as a supervisor is preferred, but not essential. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
COMPENSATION
$25-$30+/hr. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus after 90 days.
