The Details:
Valid Driver's License
Drive crew to jobs
Ability to drive with trailers
Attention to detail
Outstanding customer service
Oversee crew for efficiency
Knowledge to operate and maintain all construction equipment
Motivate crew members
Able to lift, push, and pull weight of approximately 60 lbs.
Complete daily paperwork
Requirements:
Knowledge of grading, planting, irrigation, drainage, low voltage lighting and more
Identification of plants and trees
Able to design, cut, and lay pavers
Calculates amount of materials needed
Ability to use trailers, trenchers, skid steers, dump trailers and more
Accountable for proper use and maintenance of construction equipment
Works in all types of weather
Able to walk long distances, crouch, bend and kneel throughout the day
Meet with owner on progress of project daily
Positive attitude and lifts up crew
Takes pride in your work
Sisters is a short commute from Bend or Redmond. A fuel allowance will be included for commuting.
