It is our mission to be good stewards of our watershed through the use of organic products, and native plants in the greater Sisters area.
We are looking for a candidate to lead a crew of 2-4 team members and oversee assigned installation and maintenance jobs. Ensuring that all work performed is done to the highest standard, on time, and in a professional manner. Applicants will have a desire to create a safe, respectful work environment, will value teamwork, and will have a positive and upbeat attitude.
We are a small landscaping business of about a dozen employees based in Sisters, OR. We have been in business for 20+ years, and take an organic approach to landscaping. We opt for natural products to grow and maintain gardens. We are a company that enjoys a culture of open communication and camaraderie. We use state of the art equipment and have a fantastic client base.

Landscape Crew Lead
Job requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to operate a truck and trailer preferably 1-2 years experience
Must be able to work in all types of weather.
Irrigation experience is a plus
Mow crew experience a plus
Compensation
$21.00-$24.00/hr. Depending on Experience
Merit Based Raises
End of Year Bonus
Qualifications
A qualified applicant will have experience in Landscape Maintenance
1-2 years supervision experience
General knowledge of the following: Fall and Spring needle clean-ups, roof and gutter cleaning, plant and Lawn fertilizing, turf management, spreading bark mulch, pruning, wild string trimming, planting techniques, running handheld power equipment, (blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws) working with a team to effectively and efficiently complete projects in a timely manner.
