Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks at various client properties. Key Responsibilities:
Mow lawns, trim bushes, and maintain other plant life in residential, commercial, and public spaces.
Weed, prune, and mulch flower beds and landscaped areas.
Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks, including planting, fertilizing, and removing leaves and debris.
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and edgers in a safe and effective manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment and tools.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high standards of service.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent injury and ensure the safe use of tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
