MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (PART TIME)

Position now available (3 - 4 days a week). The position requires after hours on call (from time to time), working weekends and holidays as needed.
Every Other Week:
Sunday-Tuesday (Week 1)
Sunday- Wednesday (Week 2)
(And so on) (Subject to Change)
Full time position available for the right candidate.
We are looking for honest, reliable, hard working person to perform basic maintenance on vacation rentals in the Sunriver area.
Must have valid ODL, auto insurance and reliable transportation to perform assigned duties. Staring wage is $20+ DOE plus mileage reimbursement (when not using company van). Ability to provide own basic tools to perform maintenance and repairs a plus but not necessary.
Applicant needs to have good troubleshooting abilities, be able to communicate with office staff, guests & property owners. This is a fast paced environment requiring good work ethics and customer service skills.
Position Summary:
Maintenance Technicians need to be knowledgeable in the area of general maintenance and be capable of a basic level of repairs in a variety of categories including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, TV and electronics, and other components involved in the care of a typical single family vacation rental or condominium. The technician will be expected to be capable of using general troubleshooting skills in a timely manner to determine if the issue is within the scope of their abilities or if a licensed contractor should be contacted. May also be required to do security and closing properties upon guest departures and other duties as assigned.
