We are looking for 2 full time employees that are interested in local organic farming to help with various farm tasks from April 1st through November 15. Tasks include, but are not limited to, harvesting vegetables for farmers markets and wholesale accounts,as well as washing and packing vegetables, weeding, garden bed preparation, seeding and planting. Applicants must be able to work and function in a high paced work environment while closely paying attention to detail. We have a very short growing season so efficiency is very important. Experience is preferred but not mandatory. We expect employees to work in all weather situations and be able to lift 50lbs multiple times per day. This is a very physically and mentally challenging position but can be very rewarding.
