Job: Professional carpet cleaner including some residential and commercial janitorial mainly window washing, floor maintenance, and duct cleaning as well as a fill-in for sweeping accounts with a professional sweeper and snow removal with a plow during the winter months.
Location: John Day, Oregon
Hours: Full time, workweek is Sunday through Thursday, with some weekends required.
Job requirements: Valid and clean driving record with reliable transportation, proper cleaning attire, able to pass a background check and drug test, have means of communication (cell phone and computer).
We are looking for someone who is friendly, honest, and reliable, takes pride in their work and has good communication skills. IICRC certified is a plus but not required. We are willing to invest in training for the right person. This is a long-term position with room to grow.
Compensation: $18 to $25 an hour, the wage will be based on experience and references. There is a possibility of reduced rent on housing as well as a Medical Reimbursement Plan offered via the company.
