Like To Do It All?The Lead Tech tackles it all: ensuring park equipment and sports courts are in tip-top shape, assisting in keeping Sunriver's roadways and pathways clear of brush and in enviable condition, ensuring road safety by keeping roads de-iced, cindered and plowed during the winter, providing training and setting a high standard for other technicians, planning tasks and ordering supplies, and helping oversee the team when needed.
Willing To Learn? Although serious applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field including equipment operation and maintenance, with a 2 year minimum of demonstrated leadership, SROA offers plenty of on-the-job training and covers CDL training and costs. Additional certifications and education opportunities available.
The Good StuffStarting Wage Range: $28.00/hr with current CDL or $27.00/hr without a CDL.
