Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic, hard-working Residential Cleaners to join our team. As a cleaner with So Fresh & So Clean, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in our client’s homes. You’ll be part of a team that delivers exceptional results, while maintaining professionalism, trust, and a commitment to cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and hallways according to established standards
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely
Handle cleaning products and supplies according to safety guidelines
Communicate with clients when needed, offering excellent customer service
Report any issues or concerns to management immediately
Be a part of a team that values attention to detail, reliability, and trustworthiness
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Ability to pass a background check
