I'm looking to find a DEPENDABLE weekly cleaning person - preferably on Wednesday or Thursday anytime between 10am - 2pm (we can work together to determine a good schedule). In the past, the cleaning has taken 2-3 hours each visit. This is a small house (approx. 1,000 SF) close to the new Caldera High School.
Responsibilities would include:
Kitchen clean up and organization
1 Bedroom & 1 bathroom clean up and organization.
Laundry room, Hallway and Living area dusted, vacuumed and general clean up.
I would like to have someone with experience and current references.
I will go through the house with you on your first visit so that you are clear on what is expected. Must be dependable and committed.I want to avoid turnover please
