Our person of over 10 years has just retired. We are now seeking a private individual to replace this prior employee to tend to the exterior of our home Keeping up with the Pine needles year round and adding mowing & edging in the warmer months, trimming the bushes and helping me plant in the spring Making sure the sprinkler system is balanced, working and spreading properly Blowing out the garage, walkway and drive way plus patio areas etc In the spring, summer and fall this will be a full day every week job. In the winter it can be a one full day a week to continue with the garage blowing and helping with a little snow removal around the entries of the home when needed and pine needles when weather permits. If you know how to wash windows that is a plus but not required to fill this position Must be able to speak conversational or full English You must not have criminal back ground or current problems with law enforcement Non smoker. We pay very well to the right person but expect consistancy and quality in your work and time on the job. This a perfect job for a person who likes to keep up a property and earn some extra money.
