We are offering a new job position for a full-time Maintenance Person at Mt. Vista Mobile Park.
Manage irrigation which includes repairing broken water lines and broken sprinklers. This includes maintenance of 2 irrigation pumps and water flow to the pond.
Park Maintenance, which includes mowing roughly 6 acres, weeding, edging, and other projects. We also have a park-provided yard debris trailer that will need to be emptied regularly at the landfill.
Storage Unit Lockouts and cleanouts. Seasonal projects come up to be done there as well.
Must have a truck to haul yard debris trailer to the dump.
Helping Management with serving notices to tenants.
