One lot pays $260 for each 3-4" plow. The other 2 lots pay $175 for each 2-3" plow on both lots.
The large lot can be done within 2 hours including deicer.
The 2 smaller lots are within 1/4 block of one another and can be completed within an hour including deicer.
30 cents per pound for deicer. Deicer is required on all lots after plowing and at times due to icy lots and $50.00 for selective sidewalks.
All 3 lpts have Key entry gates.
All 3 lots get plowed before staff begins to arrive at 6 a.m. Monday thru Friday.
No weekends except if there is a snow event on Sunday.
A person with several years of experience is wanted for maintaining snow removal for 3 commercial lots in Bend during snow season. The person
that is hired needs to have snow plowing truck with insurance for plowing, a automatic deicer spreader and a commitment to be available during the winter months and sign a contract with RWCI.
