Role Overview:
As a Spray Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and appearance of our landscaping projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying weeds, diagnosing plant diseases, and determining appropriate treatment
Selecting, mixing, and applying herbicides and insecticides correctly
Maintaining a valid spray license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture
Driving to client properties to perform spraying duties as assigned
Communicating efficiently with other employees and management
Upholding a professional appearance and maintaining a clean driving record
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid and current Oregon applicator license
Thorough understanding of horticulture
Excellent interpersonal and customer contact skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
