Armstrong Industrial is a Millwright services company based in Bend Oregon. We currently have clients in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and Montana. We are seeking experienced Laborers and Millwright/Fabricators for ongoing jobs. We are looking for candidates who work well with other employees and clients and want to be part of a successful, hardworking team.
Qualified candidates will have the following minimum qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
2 years general labor and/or welding/fabrication experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
Experience with and knowledge of both power and hand tools
Ability and willingness to travel in and out of state
Current/valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
Willingness to work independently and as part of a crew
Desirable Attributes:
Ability to problem solve
Desire to produce an exceptional work product and service
Willingness to adhere to strict safety practices
Benefits:
Wages start at $25/hr for Laborers and $30/hr for Millwright/Fabricators DOE
Medical Insurance & 401K with company match
Up to 80 hours of PTO per year
Travel and per diem paid upfront
