Currently seeking window cleaner for 2-3 jobs per day. 8 hour days. I’m working around 10-12 currently which is why I need help :)
Must be able to work a full 8 hours, pay massive attention to detail, and be easy going.
Must have transportation, and show up to work on time / early.
If you can run the job solo, that frees me up to sell and run other jobs and that’s where profit sharing comes in.
Possible profit share and management opportunity for the right candidate after 60 days of kicking ass.
