I'm selling (21 cases of 48) items that remain from a product I invented in 2006. I am no longer motivated to market them due to age related issues.
I was not allowed to patent the product because it was composed patented items. But I did trademark the name. The trademark was good for 20 years. I decided to offer the remaining inventory to a business. hobbiest,entrepreneur,or group that is looking for a way to supplement their income.
I will abandon all rights to this product. You can alter it rename it, market it any way you want.
I am asking $3000 for the remaining inventory.
