About the Role
This is a contract position supporting our Head of Marketing in executing a detailed social media strategy. You’ll be responsible for bringing our voice to life across platforms, analyzing performance, and helping us build authentic connections with artists, guitar lovers, and creative communities. You’ll follow a clear content calendar—but we’re looking for someone who can also bring insight, creativity, and structure to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Execute our pre-defined posting schedule and strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Track, analyze, and report on posts and campaign performance weekly and monthly
Monitor trends and algorithm changes to help keep us ahead of the curve
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure content supports brand goals and sales initiatives
Write smart, on-brand captions and suggest post optimizations
Collaborate with our internal media team to request and coordinate content
Bonus: Capture original photo and video content in-studio, in house or at artist events
What We’re Looking For:
Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and growth strategies
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in reporting and performance tracking
Organized, self-motivated, and able to follow a structured posting calendar
Passionate about guitars, music, and the creative community
Business-savvy and capable of aligning content with broader marketing goals
Excellent communicator and team player
Bonus Points:
You play guitar (or at least understand the culture)
Experience in photography and/or video production
Compensation:
Monthly contract rate, based on experience and scope.
