Bend Teardrop seeks a motivated self-starter to join our team of builders. We build family-friendly, lightweight, affordable teardrop campers in Bend, OR. You will be joining a team working in a fast paced, dynamic and open-ended, choose-your-own-adventure style shop environment.
Job Description:
Assist in manufacture and construction of Bend Teardrops from start to finish.
- Complete tasks delegated by senior build staff
- Accurately follow and adhere to design specifications and invoice orders
- Wood / metal preparation work
- Framing, insulation, light metal fabrication
Who you are:
- Able to prioritize tasks depending on urgency and deadlines
- Self motivated starter; able to work diligently and regulate workload with little oversight
- Strong work ethic with pride in what you do
- Familiarity in woodworking, construction, power tool operation, CnC, and shop environments a plus
Must be able to pass criminal background check.
Work 4x10 hr shifts; Saturday - Tuesday, 7am - 5pm get 3 days off a week. Medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, paid vacation & sick days after 90 days employment.
