WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of the Composite Fabrication Team, the Composite Layup Technician will work alongside team members to construct carbon fiber parts for an award-winning aircraft. This is a great job for you if you are looking for a career you can grow with. Other duties may include:
Assist in the preparation of molds and forms
Mark and cut tape, woven material, honeycomb, adhesive and similar materials
Lay-up composite materials following directions and instructions
Vacuum bag parts for oven cure
Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
Other duties as assigned or required
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Able to work as part of a team to ensure meeting quality standards
High standards for following instructions, work quality and productivity
Some lifting may be required
Able to stand for the majority of a shift in addition to moving about the facility to support the work
Able to work with minimal supervision
Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, and driven individual
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Authorized to legally work in the U.S. for any company without sponsorship now or in the future
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
Entry-level up to experienced aerospace manufacturing position

Afternoon Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am $20.86/hr. including shift differential
Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6:45 am to 3 pm $19.86/hr.
Two-week paid training class is required: M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
No experience is required. Seriously, none!
