Manufacturing Employee Compensation – $20/hr+ Starting pay
About Us:
We are a growing co-packing and product manufacturing company seeking a reliable and motivated employee to join our team. Starting pay is $20/hour or higher depending on your ambition to learn and create your value. Experience and skills are helpful but not required. Honesty, work ethic, inquisitiveness and punctuality are far more important.
We have a small but mighty crew and are looking for someone who shows up, has a teammate mindset and has a desire to learn and grow. Dependability is very valuable to us.
We make all kinds of products for different companies and brands so we keep things pretty interesting.
Duties include:
Product assembly, packaging, cleanup
Operating assembly equipment (training provided)
Shipping & fulfillment (labeling, boxing, preparing orders)
Using computers for inventory/shipping tasks
General warehouse support and teamwork
Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, efficient and detail-oriented. Check twice, do it once mentality. Required.
Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful. Not required.
Basic computer skills. Required.
Basic mechanical aptitude/awareness. Not required.
Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Required.
Full-time position | Day shift | Monday - Friday
