Aerotek is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a rapidly growing company in Redmond, OR. Benefits Highlights Include:Full medical, dental Responsibilities Include:Cleaning Air Handling UnitsInstalling filters and insulationBasic assembly dutiesWill operate a screw gunInstalls wall panels, doors and internal partsFinish caulking workHelps install wall panels, doors and internal parts in addition to fans and filter racksWill use an assortment of hand tools: Hammers screwdrivers, caulking gunsMay be trained in crane use and riggingWill operate electric pallet jackBasic clean up and sorting of partsSweeping dailyPositions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprintsFastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners, using hand tools and portable power toolsRemoves small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts.Operates drill presses, pneumatic riveting guns.
