Mill Power Inc. is accepting applications for a Warehouse Specialist. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inventory management, light assembly and maintenance.
Manufacturing or steel fabrication experience preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
- 2 years Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving experience within the last 5 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Inventory management & physical inventory experience
- Read and understand work instructions and BOMs
- Utilize basic math skills (addition, subtraction, measurement, fractions, etc.) regularly
- Read various measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers
- Move/lift up to 70lbs from floor to waist
- Drive forklift
- Operate overhead cranes
Job Duties:
- Shipping, receiving, inventory, quality control, maintain detailed records,
fill and assemble orders, warehouse maintenance, cleaning and safety
- Work at a rapid pace to meet shipping and receiving deadlines
- Requires lifting and maneuvering up to 70 pounds on a regular basis
- Maintain excellent record-keeping and pay close attention to details
- Count, calculate and measure incoming and outgoing materials
- Training and certification may be required by material handlers to operate heavy-lifting machinery such as forklifts and cranes
- Maintenance and housekeeping
- Assist fabrication, weld shop and paint shop as needed
