Job Title – Program Assistant II, Fiscal
Hours/Days – Normal Business Hours, Monday - Friday
Based in Bend, OR

Summary of Duties:
Provide staff support and assist in project management functions for COIC programs' activities within the Central Oregon region. Provide programmatic support to the Fiscal department under the supervision of the Deputy Director.
Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Associates degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, plus two years’ work experience in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field maybe substituted. Desired- Administrative and project coordination in government or non-profit setting. Familiar with Federal and State Labor Standard and payroll compliance requirements and laws.
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to communicate and interact positively.
- Must have the ability to work professionally and collaboratively with diverse partner groups and be able to make decisions in accordance with policy, utilizing established systems.
- Ability to understand standard public sector concepts and terminology.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.

- Strong time and information management skills.
- Ability to research issues and report findings effectively.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures, machines, practices, and business English.
- Computer experience in spreadsheet and word processing programs including Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 environment.
- Must be able to work on detailed projects and follow established guidelines, requirements, and policy.
- Have the ability to plan for effective use of time in support of a variety of projects and programs.
- Must be able to transcribe and type a variety of materials from a variety of sources.
- Must maintain client and agency confidentiality.
- Must have a valid driver license and access to a vehicle or equivalent means of transportation.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Mobility to work in a typical office setting and use standard office equipment.
