We are a fast-growing manufacturing/distribution company. We have an immediate administrative opening for a highly detail-oriented individual with PC experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Quick Books or other ERP systems. Daily activities will include entry of accounts payable, accounts receivable (invoicing & payments), scanning/filing and other document processing. You will be assisting multiple departments, Operations, Customer Experience, Production and Quality Control.
A few skills from previous work experience that would be helpful:

Mechanical aptitude (helps with understanding product and ability to participate in product development)
Organized (maintain clean workspace)
Work ethics (timely, focused and productive)
