Summary: In this position, you will manage inventory, procure parts for technicians, handle warranty claims, conduct inventory reconciliation, stock management, process orders, manage returns, provide customer and technical support related to parts and equipment.
Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Work Location: Redmond, OR; in-person, on site position

Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
Order and issue PO to vendors for warehouse stock/inventory.
Order and issue PO for equipment and materials directly to job (includes drop ships).
Receive and verify orders delivered to warehouse for accuracy.
Entry of parts and materials received on open POs for closure to accounts payable.
Perform necessary tracking of purchases and received items.
Entry of correct pricing and product information.
Inform management of price increases or delivery shortages.
Manage inventory counts, reconciliation, and control.
Manage all warranty claims, returns, credits.
Meet and enforce safety and compliance standards.
Maintain confidential information that is received in verbal, written and electronic media.
Limits access to information on a job-related, need-to-know basis.
Keep warehouse and inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in HVAC industry with strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and parts is required.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in HVAC supply house is required.
Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office products.
Typing skills of 40 WPM.
Have verifiable work history and references.
Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers in person, by phone and email.
Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, be highly skilled in problem solving and accurate resolutions, have a keen sense of urgency, be flexible, and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and effectively.
Have a great attitude that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Must be punctual with a clean presentation of them self and be prepared to work every day to provide reliable support for your team with excellent timeliness and attendance.
