Praxis Medical Group is looking to add two part time Medical Office Support professionals to our team. We are a thriving, patient focused organization with clinics across the beautiful state of Oregon. You likely know us as High Lakes Health Care, Aspen Mountain Dermatology, Pacific Crest Neurology, Urology Specialists of Oregon, Cascade Gastroenterology, or Desert Orthopedics. Our organization was voted the "Best Medical Organization in Bend" through the Source Weekly in 2018 and 2019, and we want to add members to our team who will engage with our mission of working toward lower cost, healthier patients and happier medical teams.
We are looking to hire a rock star; someone who learns quickly, works hard, pays attention to detail- and if youre an overachiever, bonus points! This job is located at the front desk of the clinic- so we expect that the perfect receptionist will be the professional and eager face of our clinic, representing our providers and our brand with ease. This position is customer service and patient care intensive. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable and willing to explain procedures and schedule patients face to face, but also knows how to make a patient feel comfortable on the phone.

1 year customer service experience
Typing Skills: 35 wpm minimum
Experience in a medical office setting preferred, but not required.Schedule
