Busy property management company looking for a property manager who wants to help us grow! We are looking for someone who can work well with a team as well as independently and has excellent time management skills.
Requirements:
Property Management license or Broker's license or the ability to get a license
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Must have the ability to perform duties while under pressure, meet deadlines and communicate with residents, owners, and other associates in a professional and pleasant manner
Have the ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Duties include but are not limited to:
Collect rents
Answer multi-phone line
Show properties
Meet prospective owners
Inspections
Prepare and sign contracts
Networking
This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
