NOTE:This is a 100% commission career!

NOTE: This position will require $1,300 for you to become licensed and registered as a Life Insurance Producer with the state you reside— that includes marketing costs and E&O insurance if you do not already possess it.If you need nationally approved CE or AML certification, we provide both of them for FREE.For those who already possess a valid active Life Insurance License, then all you will need is to purchase E&O insurance (if you do not already) and Lead purchasing for your first week— a minimum of $520 to start.

NOTE:Since we are regulated by the government to follow strict guidelines from the director of insurance, we can only accept candidates that reside in the United States, Territories of The United States, and 3 provinces of Canada, which are: Alberta, New Brunswick, and Saskatchewan. These rules are governmentally issued. We do NOT have a say in this! Your driver’s license must match your residential address when applying for your initial Life Insurance– per demand by the Director of Insurance of each state and the United States Government.


EX: 1 sale daily >>> $1,250(per sale) x 20(sales per month) x 70%(your take) = $17,500 (your total revenue)

We believe in second chances, that is why we do NOT do a credit check for our Leaders…to compensate for this, you will be responsible for the cost of your leads from our partnered business associates. The 3rd party vendors we use agreed to a flat rate of $65 for each lead for Life & Annuities and $18 for Mortgage Protection Insurance. Therefore, you will be provided with quality HOT leads who are eager to buy. Each sale comes to an average commission of $1,250 with about a 50% close rate. Your compensation starting will be 70% of each sale depending on the amount you sell. This will determine how quickly you move up the compensation ladder, which goes all the way up to 120%– that’s not including bonuses. We strongly suggest scheduling no less than 5 appointments a week starting. The average producer does 5 a day, and the best of the best do 10 sales a day… You can do the math! Afterward, you can build up to as many appointments as you like, with no more than 10-14 appointments a day for some of our more determined Insurance Agents. With that said, each Life & Annuity lead has been confirmed twice and have emphasized how extremely eager they are to buy our products and services. You will not be cold calling or warm calling anyone for the Life & Annuity Leads. Instead, you will be handling people who are anxious to buy what we have to offer! This will be synced to your Google calendar. While with MPI leads, you will have to schedule an appointment with them. These individuals also have expressed a great interest in their desire to protect their homes in the event of their death or critical illness. Regardless, the closing rate is the same for all appointments made. So, these leads are extraordinarily HOT This is so you can work wherever and whenever you like. We are a free judgment zone! We accept people of all legal ages, education, backgrounds, class, ethnicity, nationality, and gender identities. If you do great…if not, that is fine too, as so long as you are willing to get licensed.

For those who need to get their license, we have an online course with one of the top 3rd party vendors that is nationally recognized and accepted. The cost collectively differs for each state/province, but the average course fee, testing fee, exam fee, federal background check fee, registration fee, etc… comes out to be about $700 give or take.

The minimum amount required to spend for leads is $520 for the week. So, you see, right off the bat you are spending what it cost to close one lead, only to make it back almost instantly. We want Insurance Agents who are ready to lead themselves and a team of up to 100+ to success.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales or customer service. An individual who is professional and accustomed to handling objections, and rebuttals with grace and ease. A person who is driven to do their best, daily. Someone who is looking to satisfy their customers and is not primarily about closing the most people.

This is NOT a high-pressure sales job– we look for quality…not quantity. As an Independent Insurance Agent, you’ll be responsible for any chargebacks, so retention is a must. We aim for a minimum of 90% retention. If you are only in it for the money, then it appears we will NOT be a good fit, and you will be better off looking elsewhere. Conducting outbound calls with potential clients

Discovering their financial needs and assisting them in the best solution for THEM!

Showing up to phone appointments

Maintaining an accurate schedule and blocking out times you do not wish to work!

Accurately presenting products and full disclosures for each product

Following Director of Insurance Guidelines on a state and federal level

Building a long-term customer relationship

Conducting Ethical Business Practices

Collaborating with your team on best practice methods to better you, the client, and the company as a whole

Maintaining accurate records at all times

Continuously work on personal and professional development

Qualifications:

A Business Degree, life insurance experience either as an agent or administration etc… Sales experience, or service experience is ideal.

Excellent verbal and written skills

A Strong work ethic

Highly motivated

Ability to lead, and listen

Ability to work on a computer with internet

Willingness to learn

Noaggressive/dictatorial/or dogmatic behavior allowed
