Therapeutic Resources is searching for a Staffing Specialist for our small business based out of Bend. This position is ideal for individuals with a competitive go-getter positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and those looking to have fun at work each day. This position offers the opportunity for tremendous growth for the motivated person who wants to work with a family owned boutique business where we truly care and take care of our employees. Once trained the position can be performed remotely from a home-based office. Candidate will be responsible for growing our business throughout Washington and Alaska.
Responsibilities Include:
Source Healthcare professionals through various sources, including the internet, referrals, schools, direct mail.
Recruit healthcare professionals for temporary, traveling and permanent positions.
Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates
Demonstrate the ability to guide a candidate through the hiring process
Present qualified candidates to clients
Procure New Contracts
Source and procure new contracts with healthcare agencies including: hospitals, nursing homes, schools, outpatient clinics and vendor management companies
Assist in the Sales Process
Manage healthcare professionals and place them on top medical assignments
Consult with clients to provide appropriate staffing solutions
Identify and/or resolve client customer service issues
Provide 24 hour support to clients and healthcare professionals
Communicate Effectively
Maintain direct communication with candidates, clients and team members during the recruiting process
Resolve and problem solve client customer service issues.
Work as a team member and assist office staff as necessary.
Position Requirements:
Sales and staffing experience preferred.
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science required
Dedicated and Motivated Self Starter with with an entrepreneurial spirit
Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System and CRM.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
Organized with attention to detail
EXCELLENT public relations skills, interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
Desire to pursue a career in management and sales in a commission based position.
Relationship or account management experience preferred.
Healthcare background beneficial.
