Job Responsibilities:
Engage customers with outstanding customer service
Identify and assess client needs to provide tailored solutions
Drive and close sales by providing timely and accurate information
Follow through on customer inquiries and requests
Perform basic data entry tasks with attention to detail
Answer phones professionally and handle customer inquiries
Assist in visually merchandising the showroom floor
Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
Stand and move around for at least 50% of your shift
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales ability and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers
Basic math skills for processing transactions
