Licensed Massage Therapist – Flowbility (1099 Contractor)
Location: Bend, OR
Hours: Friday 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive commission starting at 55%, increasing to 60% after three months
Flowbility is a specialized sports massage and deep tissue therapy practice dedicated to helping clients recover, prevent injury, and optimize performance. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team 1-2 days per week. This is a new position, and building a steady client base will take time, but we are actively growing and receive referrals from PTs, acupuncturists, and integrative health clinics.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is an intuitive, skilled therapist who values lasting results and understands the intricacies of body mechanics. We are looking for someone with:
✅ Previous massage therapy experience, preferably in deep tissue and sports massage
✅ Expertise in iliopsoas release and subscapularis work
✅ A strong knowledge of kinesiology and muscle attachments
✅ Comfort working with clients referred by PTs, acupuncturists, and integrative health clinics
✅ An understanding of the energy body and how to facilitate nervous system balance or sports-specific recovery
✅ The ability to tailor sessions based on individual client needs and provide results-driven bodywork
