Flowbility Therapeutics is expanding and looking for a skilled, intuitive massage therapist to join our growing practice. Our foundation is in deep tissue, sports massage, and injury recovery—and we’re seeking a practitioner who shares this therapeutic focus. If you bring additional strengths such as craniosacral or relaxation-based techniques, even better—we value diversity in approach as long as the core commitment to functional bodywork is there.
About Flowbility:
Our practice supports athletes, active individuals, and clients working through chronic pain, injury, or imbalance. We receive referrals from physical therapists, chiropractors, and integrative health professionals. Flowbility is a space that blends anatomical expertise with intuitive presence and deep respect for the healing process.
Position Details:
1099 Independent Contractor
1–2 days/week to start (Fridays + Saturdays)
6–8 clients/week - may be slow to start as this is a new position.
Commission-based pay: 55% starting, 60% after 3 months
Treatment space designed for focus, comfort, and energetic clarity
You’re a great fit if you:
Are an Oregon-licensed massage therapist
Have experience in deep tissue, sports massage, or clinical bodywork
Can treat with precision, anatomical understanding, and adaptability
Are grounded, reliable, and client-centered
Enjoy working with clients long-term toward real, sustainable results
Bonus if you bring:
Experience with iliopsoas, diaphragm, and subscapularis release
Familiarity with nervous system regulation or trauma-informed care
