Hey there, Badlands Hair Studio here : ) Badlands is located in SW Bend and is an inclusive hair studio dedicated to craft hairdressing, clean products, & conscious salon practices.We have grown to a team of 11 rad humans after 2 years of being open, but are looking to keep expanding our staff! We are currently hoping to fill the following two positions:
FRONT DESK/ SALON COORDINATOR:
Tuesday-Friday 2:00pm-8:15pm, 3 Saturday/month 9:30am-4:00pm
Position Type: Part-Time, Hourly. (Can be split into 2 positions if you are only interested in working 2-3 days a week)
Total weekly hours: 24 - 30 hrs
Pay: Starting at $18/hour + DOE

SALON MANAGER: Our current manager Sarah has worked at Badlands Hair Studio since opening day with the hopes of leaning more about the hair industry. After two years of learning the ins and outs of salon world, she fell in love with the art of hairdressing and has decided to become a stylist herself. The bittersweet side of this exciting news is that we are looking for a rad human to fill her position as salon manager! (Training beginning May 1st)
The hours required would be Tuesday - Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm, and occasional Saturday when coverage of front desk is needed. This is a full time position, 32-40hrs / week.
The base pay starts at $20-$22/hr + DOE, and includes a monthly bonus system based on studio service sales.
