NAVIS is seeking to hire a Client Support Specialist in our growing Bend, Oregon offices!
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing direct technical support on NAVIS systems and software to internal NAVIS Team Members and external clients. Â
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
Respond to basic incoming technical support requests via: phone, chat, and email utilizing the NAVIS internal tracking system and resolve said requests to end users satisfaction
Prioritize and categorize requests according to the departments practices
Record, maintain, and organize relevant internal and external documents
Categorize support requests, and utilize the most efficient avenue for closing out tickets
Perform root-cause analysis on basic technical issues and make recommendations for corrective action
Beta test systems and software
Assist with client software installations and updates
Monitor systems, servers, and applications and perform minor system resets
Maintain telephony service by testing, monitoring equipment and alarms, identifying and correcting problems, rerouting traffic, conferring with engineers, and submitting tickets to carriers as needed
Be familiar with all facets of NAVIS products and services
Other duties as assigned
POSITION LOCATION:ÂÂ
This position is based in our Bend, Oregon offices.ÂÂ
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite products and experience on multiple Microsoft operating systems
At least one (1) year of general technical support experience
