Ok so If you feel negatively towards Kratom or 7-oh then this job is not for you. We are by the book and take every precaution but also understand 7-oh can be a dangerous and addictive drug. I own 100% of the company and have all necessary licenses and permits including 3rd party lab testing by state approved facility.
I have learned quite well how to make the products, design the packaging, and package the products. So the employee I need (I would like to teach you all that is too) is good at sales, I want to be in every store in central Oregon and then expand further and further. I also own a website domain and host but building a website even with ChatGPT premium isn’t as easy as I thought I would be, it has been a nightmare so if you know anything about that major bonus points.
I don’t have specific job requirements but I need someone willing to not take no for an answer from a store that is local and we want our product in. If you know or are willing to learn web design (I will pay for the classes if you take them and take them seriously) or if you already know well just start you at a higher wage.
I have a wide range of starting range because of how much there is to know. I’m starting my new hire between $25/hour-$45/hour DOE plus (both) get commission and profit sharing (exact amounts have yet to be determined)

The Kratom laws in Oregon are the exact same as the cannabis laws, and you have to get a professors license, OHA food and beverage handling license, and an optional supplement course. I will pay for all of these but they add up to over $1,000 so I will need you to agree to stay if I make that investment I’m very easy to work with and accommodating if you need a couple days off because you want to watch Rick and Morty go ahead just please be ready to work your tail off when you get back. Bottom line is that we get done what we need done. I don’t like being a boss I don’t like telling people what to do so feel free to ask for guidance and instruction and help because that’s what I love doing.
Background check and drivers record check required just like the cannabis board it is treated like a drug or alcohol and quite frankly it is it needs regulated. There are very few convictions in that will disqualify you from being hired but please be open to explaining what happened. I’m a convicted felon myself and I don’t judge so seriously don’t worry (unless you’re an s.o)
Driving record; must have valid license, that’s pretty much it. You can drive the Subaru for sales or your own vehicle and will be paid $50 a week. In gas and 37 cents a mile for maintenance.
