Creative Assistant (Video Production)
$35/hr (Remote)
We’re looking for a skilled and driven Creative Assistant to join our team and work closely with our Creative Director. If you like video production, enjoy working on a variety of creative projects, are well organized, and are familiar with social media trends, this role could be a great fit for us both
What you’ll be doing:
-Assisting on shoots—setting up gear, managing lighting, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
-Organizing and maintaining all video/photo equipment
-Handling file management: importing, organizing, and backing up footage
-Setting up Adobe Premier projects, video editing, and post-production tasks
-Supporting the creative team with general day-to-day needs
-Some social media support (bonus if you have an eye for content that performs)
-Content scheduling and planning
-Project Management
What we’re looking for:
- A strong interest in video production and a desire to learn
- Basic experience with photo and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom)
- Familiarity with camera gear and lighting setups (camera experience is a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and strong team player mentality
- Social media knowledge (familiarity with trends, platforms, and how to create shareable content is a big plus)
Bonus if you have:
- Previous experience assisting on shoots
- Knowledge of audio equipment
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your work
- Experience or interest in social media content creation
- Experience in Adobe Suite
The Details:
- $35/hr or commiserate with experience
- Approx. 10-20 hours per week for the first few months
- Contract position with room to grow
- Work on a variety of exciting creative projects
- Flexible hours

We help businesses define their brands and create compelling marketing. We’re a full-service agency specializing in photography and social media management - we do a lot of video work. We also have a fledgling modeling agency and are in the process of scaling to larger clients.
