Job Description:

Qualifications
· Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of verifiable experience in the new building and remodeling with expertise in decks, garages, outbuildings, exteriors projects, and post frame construction
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and remodeling
· Lead small teams and direct work of carpenters, and perform carpenter duties as well
· Driven to be part of a high-performing team
Responsibilities
Overseeing and participating in all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
Leading a team of skilled carpenters and laborers
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Other requirements:
- Must have their own tools with current Driver's License and transportation.
- Clean background required. Clean drug screen – THC okay.
Payrate: $25.00 DOE
