We regularly take part in many charitable events and donate our time and money to countless worthwhile causes throughout the Central Oregon area. Through the Roth Heating & Cooling Scholarship Program, weve helped nearly two dozen high school students go on to pursue college degrees in an array of subjects. The starting wage for these positions is between $20.00 and $34.00 per hour (DOE), plus bonus incentives. We offer the following benefits: Company vehicle with gas card, cell phone, tablet, and uniforms. 100% employer paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance for the employee and 25% employer paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance for their spouse and/or children. Holiday pay and paid time off. 401(k) with up to 4% match and an employer sponsored profit sharing.Competencies and Qualifications:
Clean, safe driving record
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to continued education and training
Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime as needed
EPA Universal and brazing certifications preferred
Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications preferred
