R3 Homes, LLC is a growing remodeling and renovation company located in Bend, Or. We work on sites located in Bend/Sunriver, Sisters, Redmond and Prineville, Oregon.
R3 Homes works on a variety of projects that include the following:
Plank flooring
Kitchen remodels
Bathroom remodels
Additions
Alterations
Project management
Miscellaneous (Window. Door, siding, pergolas, decks, etc.)
Do you have carpenter skills and training? We are looking for people with considerable experience in finish work & framing. Also, you will need to have a moderate level of reading blueprints.
Our 1 and 2 person crews work 4 – 10 hour shifts with very little weekend time. Paid time off after one year.
We are looking for a hard worker that takes initiative, brings creative problem solving skills, shows up on time every day with a positive attitude, is good with people/communication and takes pride in a job well done. Quality workmanship with a sense of urgency is paramount.
Most jobs are executed by 1 - 2 man crews, with the journeyman being the project lead. In many jobs, you are the only person at the jobsite executing demo & rebuild, while coordinating with the subcontractors (I.E., electrician, plumber, drywall, HVAC, Insulation, paint, tile/countertops, etc.). Labor assistance is available on an as needed basis through coordination with management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in quality carpentry
Ability to read blueprints & engineering details
Clean driving record (5 yrs.)
Able to pass nationwide background check
Able to pass drug/alcohol screen (Marijuana exempt)
Have basic set of tools (I.E., drills, drivers, hand saws, tool belt, etc.)
