We are BC Mechanical, a leading provider of HVAC/Refrigeration solutions dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Systems. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team.
Position: HVAC/Refrigeration Technician
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Systems, including all HVAC Systems, Chillers, Walk-In Coolers, Freezers, Refrigerated Display Cases, Ice Machines, etc.
- Diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HVAC/Refrigeration Technician or similar role, with expertise in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC & Refrigeration principles, components, and systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC/Refrigeration system issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license
