These are physically demanding positions in a fast paced environment working outdoors in all
conditions. We look to employ people who are looking to build their career over multiple
seasons. We encourage promoting within and developing new employees to their full potential. We train
employees who are self motivated, reliable, work well in a team setting, and have a positive
attitude towards the work we perform. We expect anyone applying to take pride in their completed work, not only for the company reputation but their own as well.
Lead positions: Requires minimum 2 years of experience in the landscape industry, be an
organized self starter, lead a team of others, excellent work ethic, self-accountability, customer
service skills. This position sets an example for those also on the crew.
Crew Member: Minimal experience needed. We like to train new employees to learn our
approach to landscaping. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, & self accountability are the best qualities for a great foundation.
Irrigation Service Technician: Requires 2 years of experience installing/repairing commercial
and residential sized irrigation systems. Knowledge of backflow systems and the process of
winterizations. A certification in Backflow Testing is HIGHLY encouraged and will be
compensated for!
