Landscape Designer / Estimator
Aspen Landscape Development is a full service landscape design build company that performs all facets of landscape construction, service and maintenance for a variety of residential and commercial customers throughout Central Oregon.
We have been serving the area for over 25 years and have a strong, stable market share of diverse work. We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running and that enjoys working in our family oriented small business.
Responsibilities Include:
This position is full time year around. This person is responsible for preparing landscape designs and estimates for both residential and commercial landscapes. Communicating and meeting with both residential and commercial clients. Answering phone calls and emails throughout the day. It is fast paced position that requires experience in both design and estimating in the Central Oregon Area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be self motivated and always willing to learn.
Excellent detail oriented communication skills
A degree in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture
Knowlege of materials and contruction methods
Experience in preparing residential and commericial Landscape Designs and Estimates
Working knowledge of CAD design software (We currently use Autocad 2023)
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Valid Oregon Drivers License
Project Management Skills are a Plus
This is an in person postion with hours of operation between 7am and 5pm Monday through Friday depending on the season.
