This is a working position developed to assist the Mantenance Manager with day to day tasks to include property and personel management. Must be motivated self starter willing to learn.
Daily tasks include collecting paperwork from previous day, checking time card accuracy, line out crew for daily schedules. Insure that crews have all needed equipment, check on properties and crews and noting work that needs to be done during future visits, assist crews as needed to complete tasks, trainiang new hires.
Complete small projects such as bark installs, cleanups, plantings etc. while managing 1-2 crew members. Assisiting with irrigation start ups, winterization and repairs. Fielding employee calls and problem solving, customer meetings and keeping up crew motivation and development.
Must have a valid, insurable ODL
3+ years of commercial landscape Maintenance experience
2+ years of crew leader experience
Project and Personel mamagement Skills
Commercial Applicators License (or able to get it withing 1 year)
Irrigation Service experience
Microsoft Office Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Positive Attitude, Organized and Able to work well with others
