PCC Schlosser is hiring a Plant Supervising Electrician to oversee electrical operations, lead a team, and ensure safety compliance in our Redmond plant. This is a safe, friendly environment with no travel, consistent schedule, and no mandatory overtime.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and repairs
Inspect wiring, motors, and equipment for safety and compliance
Train and mentor electrical staff
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
State Supervising Electrician License (Limited or higher)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems
Ability to work varying shifts and lift/maneuver up to 35 lbs
