Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Estimator who will play a key role in our estimating process and assist in quality control (QC) and job costing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, with specific expertise in excavation, concrete, and framing scopes of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for excavation, concrete, and framing projects.
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather relevant information for estimates.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure project standards.
Monitor job costing and provide insights to help manage project budgets effectively.
Review plans and specifications to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the estimating process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of excavation, concrete, and framing work.
Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Travel:
Housing Paid, Daily Food Allowance, Company Vehicle as Needed. Employee will be responsible for getting dropped off, Carpool arrangements, and or parking fees at the local airport before departure. Travel time paid based on location of project and housing.
