RCO ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION
We are hiring to fill an open position working hands on with a small crew.
The work is evenly split between shed builds and roof replacements, and occasionally other work such as remodels, fences, adu's, etc.
Skills include: Framing, Siding, Roofing, Painting, Window/Door install, general construction.
Daily Tasks include: Carrying building materials, operating power tools and pneumatic nailers, removing old materials & installing new. Keeping a clean work space and a safe environment is necessary. Working from ladders is consistent.
The ideal candidate will be thirsty to learn and gain knowledge/experience.
This job requires heavy lifting and and a lot of moving, being strong and maintaining a high level of stamina is necessary. Also must be comfortable with working on sloped roofs.
This position could be a great entry into construction.
We work all over Central Oregon.
Must be able to pass a background check for the work performed with Home Depot
Must have reliable transportation
Must have basic hand tools including: measuring tape, hammer, square, utility knife etc.
