This role demands safe and efficient project execution while maintaining professionalism within prescribed timelines. Success as a painting craftsperson entails customer-friendly service and skill acquisition to support the team and advance your training. Your responsibilities encompass loading/unloading equipment, surface protection, and surface preparation. Your expertise shines in paint, stain, and finish application, with safety being paramount when working at heights. Additionally, you'll handle power washing, surface treatment, and cleanup, contributing to our team's commitment to excellence.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-3+ years of proven professional painting experience.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
Strong customer service orientation.
Exceptional communication skills.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development within the Webfoot team.
A strong desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
